How to Order from Very Impressive Products

  1. Order Online - Visit us at www.veryimpressiveproducts.com to order online, seven days a week, 24 hours per day. Just about everything we sell is available online, and you can order with confidence through our secure server. In addition, regular online features such as monthly newsletter will keep you informed and help you make buying decisions.

  2. Order by Phone - To place an order by phone, call us at +1 - 727 – 470 2131. We'll put you in touch with your one of our staff members, who can offer you late-breaking product information, news of special offers, and price, availability and shipping details on your purchase. We can be reached by phone at US Eastern Standard Time ( minus 6 hrs from Central Europe) Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm

How to Cancel or Change an Order

We work hard to ensure that the product(s) you order from us are the right fit for your needs and your budget. However, we recognize that on occasion you must cancel or change an order. The first thing to do is call us at +1–727–470-2131 or send us an email veryimpressivep@aol.com. Many orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours, so it is sometimes impossible to stop your order from shipping. In this case your staff member will assist you with a Return Authorization request. While we maintain the most liberal return policy in the industry, certain items can not be returned. These items include any item that is considered personal, such as liquids, cosmetics etc.

    • Check - We accept personal checks only for the USA. However a waiting period is required for the check to clear. We accept certified checks ( banker’s checks) from our USA and from our international customers.
    • Pay Pal - We accept PayPal® orders.

    • Money Order, Western Union - We accept money orders and Western Union.

    • Deposit & Bank Transfer - We accept deposits ( for USA only ) or transfers into our bank account (USA and international), in which case please clearly indicate your full name, address and phone number and which products you are purchasing.

  2. When will my credit card be charged? We do not charge you in advance for orders that are not in stock and not ready to ship. In the event that your order must be split, in example one item is in stock and one is backordered, we only charge for the part that is shipped. Once the balance of your order is ready to ship we will apply charges for that. One important thing to note here is that every order is reviewed and attended to by a highly-trained employee before your credit card is charged to make sure that each and every order receives the personal attention it deserves.

  3. No Sales Tax - We do not collect the sales tax for any purchases made from outside of the state of Florida. In other states and countries each customer is responsible for their own taxes and customs duty where applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. Shipping - Most of the time we ship via FedEx Ground or FedEx SmartPost. With SmartPost, the long-distance shipping is handled by FedEx, who then turns the package over to the local U.S. Postal Service for delivery to your home. Typical delivery time ranges from 3-10 Days. We may also use other carriers, such as UPS or the U.S. Postal Service and DHL for international shipments.

  2. APO / FPO Address - Do you have your own APO or FPO address? Very Impressive Products is happy to offer FREE shipping via the United States Postal Service to your APO or FPO address. If you require expedited shipping, please call. We'll help find the shipping solution that works best for you.

  3. NOTE - If you should return your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit or refund.

  4. Special Shipping Options- If you require a special shipping option – we have to determine the shipping rates for you. Please send us an email with yoru full address and we will show you your shipping options and charges.

  5. Regular Shipping Options

    • FedEx SmartPost – U.S. only. 3–10 business days within the contiguous U.S. Delivery by the end of the business day.

    • FedEx Ground – U.S. only. 1–6 business days within the contiguous U.S. Delivery by the end of the business day.

    • FedEx Saver – U.S. only. Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m, in 3 business days.

    • FedEx 2 Day – U.S. only. Delivery by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).

    • FedEx Standard – U.S. only. Next-business-day (Monday-Friday) delivery by 3 p.m. to most addresses; by 4:30 to rural areas.

    • FedEx Priority – U.S. only. Next-business-day (Monday-Friday) delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m., or 5 p.m. in remote areas.

  6. Require Signature for Delivery - This service is available for all the delivery options above. It ensures that your order will only be delivered when you are present to sign for the delivery, preventing packages from being left at your door when you’re not home.

  7. Large or Heavy Shipments - In the event of unusually large or heavy items, we'll work with you to determine the most effective and economical shipping method. Call us at + 1- 727 – 470 2131 for assistance.

  8. Shipping by Carriers - Typical delivery times per carrier:

    • FedEx Ground: 1-6 business days to every deliverable address within the contiguous United States, 3-7 business days to Puerto Rico. Upgrades to Overnight and Second Day are available; see checkout for prices. We will quote you the best prices we can find.

    • UPS Ground: 1-6 business days within the contiguous United States. Upgrades available for 3 Day Select (ground) 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air, with additional upgrade to early morning 2nd and Next Day Air.

  9. International Shipping - We usually ship through DHL world wide with a 3 day delivery service. Other methods for international shipping may be available upon your request and demand.

  10. Free Shipping - For all orders which are entitled to free shipping, we are free to choose the cheapest / most economic way of shipping. For any faster service the customer will have to pay for the difference.

  11. Base Price Shipping - For all orders which are entitled to our general base price cost for shipment, we are free to choose the cheapest / most economic way of shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. What if there is a problem with my order? As unlikely as that may seem, if there is a problem with your order, contact us immdeately by phone + 1–727–470-2131 or by email : veryimpressivep@aol.com We have no set policy other than doing whatever it takes to make you happy and fix the problem as soon as possible..

  2. What if I receive a defective product? In rare cases it's possible that a product has a manufacturing defect. If you believe you have received a defective product, the first thing you should do is contact our support team. You can call us at +1 – 727 – 470 2131 or you can complete our online support request form and we will respond quickly as possible. If we determine the unit failed under warranty within 30 days of purchase we will cover shipping costs within the U.S. to replace the unit for you.

  3. "No Problem" Return Policy
    • We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, an in-house credit, or exchange for another product within 10 days from the receiving date. If your purchase was eligible for Free Shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund.
    • Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (qwner's manual, warranty card, quick start guides etc.), and can not show signs of wear or use.
